The forward-deployed mental loop. Three stories where I sat in a sales or discovery call, heard the pain, and shipped the fix in days.

Expandi customer integration unblock

The pain
On a demo call, a prospect needed a Clay routine but their devs were 4 weeks out. Deal stalling.
What I built
Shipped a Clay → Claude Routine wiring pattern + template the same week. Documented the curl quirks (required `anthropic-beta` header) so reps could clone without engineering.
What it produced
Pattern now standard in Expandi onboarding. Prospects move from 'blocked' to 'running' in the same call.

Intrinsic Power lead-gen machine

The pain
Solo founder Broc TenHouten (EV charging infrastructure, SoCal) needed pipeline without a $800/mo Clay subscription.
What I built
In 2 weeks, built a LeadMagic + BounceBan + Claude/Haiku pipeline. Postgres state, parallel Railway execution, orchestrated from Claude Code.
What it produced
POC ran 571 companies → 460 people → 234 emails → 217 valid → 173 net-new champions. Total spend: $8. Replacing Clay entirely.

Standardiso end-to-end Serbian outbound

The pain
Stefan, founder of an accredited Serbian ISO cert SMB, needed outbound to 2,500 firms across two campaigns with strict messaging constraints (no deadline, no standard name, ask for phone).
What I built
Checkpoint.rs Playwright login + filter + APR enrichment + Bisnode email waterfall + Smartlead campaigns. End-to-end Serbian-language pipeline.
What it produced
2,500 firms enriched and sequenced. Stefan signed off on copy inside a 1-hour SLA.
